Entrée selections: Ribeye with a chimichurri sauce, broiled lobster tail, sautéed asparagus & herb roasted red potatoes (Substitutions Salmon, Chicken, & Vegetarian Portobello options)
Salmon stuffed with lump crab meat, wild rice, vegetable medley and a beurre blanc
Soy glazed chicken breast with mashed potatoes & sautéed spinach

Dessert selections: Mini chocolate cake topped with ganache, fresh berries and crème anglaise and/or Mini vanilla bean cheesecake topped with macerated berries and vanilla cream
